The Piggy-Back Party

On Saturday, all of our friends & most of our family joined in celebrating Kid 2's 4th birthday. When we asked him who he wanted to invite he said, "Gavin, Ian, Miss Heather, Mr. "Bozalo" ... everyone!", so we did ... sort of ...

Turns out, our fabulous teachers, Miss Heather & Mr. Gonzalo, organized a class BBQ the week before our planned party, so to make it easier for everyone (and not take up everyone's Saturday two weeks in a row), we decided to piggy-back & make it an all-out birthday bash complete with good friends, family, a "bouncie" & a sno cone machine. Can you say, "Par-tay"?!

The weather was simply glorious. The minute it got too hot, a beautiful breeze blew through (unfortunately just in time to create a bit of trouble for the birthday boy when it came time to blow out his candles).
